Last updated 2026-10-23. These terms cover this website and the waitlist only. Fondest is not open yet; the terms for the product itself (accounts, payments, mailing and acceptable use) will be published and must be accepted before you can buy anything.

Using this site

You may browse the site and join the waitlist for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit someone else's email address without permission, or use automated tools to sign people up.

The waitlist and the launch offer

Joining the waitlist is free and does not create a purchase or a contract. We may open, delay or change the product at our discretion. The launch offer described on this site (a $1 first real card, credited back to your account when you start a plan within 14 days, plus 5 bonus credits, limited to one first card and one bonus per business and mailing address, not per person) is a description of what we intend to offer at launch. It is not available today, and its terms, including pricing and eligibility, may change before we open.

Credits and expiry (planned)

At launch, credits you buy (plan credits, annual prepay and pay-as-you-go) are planned to last 12 months from the date of purchase. Bonus and referral credits are planned to last 60 days from the day they are granted, and are granted only after your first successful plan payment. Annual prepay is planned as 11 months paid for 12 (one month free) on Starter, Pro and Team, with no annual discount on Scale plans. Credits have no cash value. The full product terms, including refunds, will be published and must be accepted before you can buy anything.

Prices and comparisons

Prices shown are launch prices and may change. Competitor prices are a snapshot taken on October 23, 2026 from public information and change often; they are provided for general comparison and may not be current.

The Fondest name, site design and content belong to us. You may link to the site.

No warranty and limits of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for anything related to this site is limited to $100.
